RESEP FETTUCCINI SAUS JAMUR

– 1.250 ml air untuk merebus fettuccini
– 2 sdm minyak
– 250 gram fettuccini kering
– 2 sdm margarin/mentega tawar
– 1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
– 3 siung bawang putih, cincang
– 100 gram jamur kancing, iris-iris
– 1 sdm tepung terigu
– 300 ml susu cair
– 50 ml krim kental
– 1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
– 1 sdt bubuk merica
– 1 sdt garam
– 1 sdm daun peterselli cincang

Cara membuat
• Didihkan air dan minyak. Masukkan fettuccini dan masak sampai cukup matang. Angkat dan sisihkan. Panaskan margarin/mentega tawar, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum dan matang.
• Masukkan irisan jamur kancing dan tepung terigu. Aduk sampai terigu membutir. Tuang susu cair dan krim kental. Aduk dan masak sampai adonan licin dan mendidih.
• Tambahkan kaldu ayam bubuk, merica, dan garam. Aduk sebentar, angkat.

Masukkan irisan daun peterselly, aduk kembali sampai rata. Tuangkan sasu jamur ke atas fettuccini. Sajikan selagi hangat.
