Bandeng Asem Pedas

Bahan

500 gram ikan bandeng,
2 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
3 batang serai, memarkan
6 butir bawang merah
500 ml air
1 sendok makan asam jawa, remas-remas dengan 150 ml air panas
Haluskan
3 siung bawang putih
3 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
1 sdt garam
1⁄2 sdt gula jawa

 

Cara membuat

  • Bersihkan ikan bandeng, potong menjadi 3 bagian. Lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis, sisihkan.
  • Susun serai di dasar panci, letakkan bandeng. Masukkan air, cabai merah iris, bawang merah, bumbu halus dan air asam jawa.
  • Masak sampai bandeng matang dan bumbu meresap. Angkat dan sajikan.
