Bahan
500 gram daging ayam tanpa tulang dan kulit, potong dadu
4 sdm kecap manis
2 sdt tepung maizena
5 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
3 cm jahe, kupas, memarkan, cincang halus
200 gram mentimun, potong dadu
Tusuk sate

Bumbu Kacang
2 sdm minyak
½ buah bawang bombay, cincang halus
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
100 gram kacang tanah, goreng
150 ml air
8 buah cabai rawit merah
1 sdt garam
75 gram gula merah, iris-iris

Cara Membuat
Campur kecap, tepung maizena, bawang putih, dan jahe. Aduk rata. Masukkan daging ayam, aduk rata. Biarkan selama 2 jam di dalam lemari es. Sementara itu, rendam tusuk sate dalam air dingin.

Tusuk daging ayam dengan tusuk sate. Bakar di atas bara api hingga matang. Angkat, sajikan dengan bumbu kacang.

Saus: Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang Bombay dan bawang putih sampai kuning dan keemasan. Tambahkan selai kacang, air, dan bubuk cabai. Aduk sampai rata dan masak sampai kental. Sajikan segera bersama saus hangat dan ketimun.
