Cara Membuat
Kocok mentega dan gula halus hingga lembut. Tambahkan telur, kocok rata. Tambahkan esen lemon, aduk rata. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata. Ambil satu sendok teh adonan, lalu bentuk bulat.
Letakkan di atas loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega. Lakukan hingga loyang terisi penuh. Panggang di dalam oven bersuhu 160o C selama 15 menit. Keluarkan dan dinginkan.
Topping: lelehkan cokelat putih dengan cara ditim dalam air panas (api kompor mati). Ambil sepertiga bagian, lalu tambahkan pewarna oranye. Aduk rata. Masukkan cokelat berwarna oranye ke dalam cokelat putih. Aduk acak membentuk marmer.
Celupkan kue yang sudah matang ke dalam cokelat marmer. Biarkan hingga membeku. Simpan kue di dalam toples kedap udara.
