Bahan
500 gram udang besar, kupas, sisakan ekornya (cangkangnya jangan dibuang)
250 gram cumi, buang kulitnya, potong lebar 2 cm, gunting sekelilingnya
150 gram jamur kancing, belah dua
15 buah cabai rawit hijau
1 batang daun bawang, potong 1 cm
1½ liter air
2 sdm minyak
50 gram daun ketumbar

Bumbu
2 batang serai, memarkan
5 lembar daun jeruk purut
1 sdm kecap ikan
2 sdm saus sambal
1½ sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
1 sdm air jeruk nipis

Cara Membuat
Tumis cangkang dan kepala udang hingga berubah warna. Angkat, masukkan ke dalam panci. Tambahkan air, serai, dan daun jeruk. Rebus hingga mendidih. Angkat, lalu saring dan didihkan kembali.

Masukkan udang, cumi, jamur, cabai rawit, daun bawang, kecap ikan, saus sambal, meica, dan garam. Masak hingga semua bahan matang. Tuangkan air jeruk nipis, aduk rata. Angkat, lalu sajikan selagi hangat dengan taburan daun ketumbar.
