Selain membuka rahasia bahan dan cara pembuatan, Youtuber yang doyan eksplorasi resep ini pun membagikan berbagai tips dalam setiap menu masakannya. Misalnya untuk resep nastar klasik, agar menghindari mengocok mentega, margarin, gula halus, dan kuning telur terlalu lama, karena berpengaruh pada adonan saat dipanggang.

Resep Nastar Klasik

 

Kurang lebih hasil nasil klasik ini sekitar 800 gram. Nastar klasik dan cantik lengkap dengan cengkeh. Untuk resep ini, kamu bisa memanggap dengan oven.

Bahan

  • 125 g mentega
  • 125 g margarin
  • 100 g gula halus
  • 2 butir kuning telur
  • ½ sdt vanili cair/bubuk
  • 250 g tepung terigu protein rendah
  • 150 g tepung maizena
  • 100 g susu bubuk
  • Selai nanas secukupnya, untuk isian
  • Cengkeh secukupnya
  • Olesan
  • 1 butir kuning telur
  • ½ sdt madu

 

Cara Membuat Nastar Klasik

  • Campur mentega, margarin, dan gula halus, kocok hingga creamy. Tambahkan kuning telur dan vanili, kocok kembali selama ± 1 menit.
  • Masukkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena, dan susu bubuk. Aduk rata dengan spatula.
  • Ambil sedikit adonan (± 7 g), pipihkan. Isi dengan selai nanas, bulatkan. Lapisi loyang dengan kertas roti, tata adonan di atasnya.
  • Panggang nastar dengan suhu 160 °C selama 10 menit di rak tengah oven.
  • Keluarkan dari oven, olesi nastar dengan campuran kuning telur, beri cengkeh di atasnya. Panggang kembali di rak atas oven selama 10 menit hingga bagian bawah kecokelatan.
  • Dinginkan nastar, sajikan atau simpan dalam toples.

 

Tips Membuat Nastar Klasik

  • Hindari mengocok mentega, margarin, gula halus, dan kuning telur terlalu lama, karena akan mempengaruhi adonan saat dipanggang
  • Jika memanggang dengan oven tangkring gunakan api kecil
  • Jangan membiarkan adonan terkena udara telalu lama, karena akan membuat mudah retak saat dibentuk
  • Madu olesan dapat diganti dengan susu kental manis atau cookies glaze
