Bacem Ceker

Bahan:
400 gr ceker ayam
300 ml air
200 gram gula merah, iris-iris
1 sdt garam
6 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
3 siung bawang putih
1 ruas jari lengkuas, memarkan
2 mata asam jawa
2 lembar daun salam
1 tangkai serai, memarkan
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara Membuat:
Siram ceker dengan air mendidih, lalu segera kupas kulit arinya. Sisihkan.

Didihkan air, gula merah, garam, bawang merah, bawang putih, lengkuas, asam
jawa, daun salam dan serai. Masukkan ceker ayam. Tutup panci, dan masak dengan api kecil sampai ceker empuk dan air habis. Angkat dan dinginkan.

Panaskan minyak, goreng ceker sampai setengah kering. Angkat dan tiriskan.
