Dengan seksama, para peserta mengikuti instruksi Mba Lies Heryani, penulis buku Yubiami. Peserta yang berjumlah 10 orang tampak antusias melilitkan benang ke jari-jari untuk membentuk rantai yubiami. Tangan dibentangkan, benang dillilitkan. Ada yang garuk-garuk kepala karena bingung, ada yang minta diulang dari awal karena belum paham, ada yang colek-colek teman minta diajari. Ya itulah, sekilas gambaran suasana pelatihan Yubiami, Merajut dengan Jari yang diadakan di Garasi Baca, Jati Bening Estate, tanggal 7 Februari 2012.
Di pelatihan kali ini, peserta diajak untuk membuat syal sederhana. Beberapa kali ada kejadian benang putus di tengah jalan, salah lilit benang, ataupun benang ruwet. Suara tangis anak-anak yang merasa dicuekin ibunya karena keasyikan merajut juga ikut mewarnai suasana pelatihan. Seru ya?
Setelah sekitar 2 jam berkutat dengan benang bulky, hopla jadilah syal warna-warni. Ada seorang peserta yang langsung mengenakan syal buatannya sambil pamer ke teman-temannya yang belum selesai merajut 😀 . Setelah semua peserta menyelesaikan syalnya, saatnya untuk narsis di depan kamera dengan memakai syal masing-masing.
