Resep: ONDE-ONDE

onde-ondeOnde-onde adalah salah satu kue goreng tradisional yang populer. Bahan dan proses pembuatannya sederhana. Hidangkan sebagai teman minum teh di sore hari. Suasana kebersamaan dengan keluarga tentu akan lebih menyenangkan.

 

Bahan
Isi
350 gram kacang hijau kupas
150 gram gula pasir
½ sdt garam

Kulit
250 gram tepung ketan
2 sdm tepung kanji
½ sdt garam
50 gram gula pasir
3 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
200 ml santan dari ½ butir kelapa
100 gram wijen, cuci, tiriskan
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara membuat
1.    Kukus kacang hijau kupas sampai empuk dan matang. Angkat, tumbuk bersama gula pasir dan garam sampai halus. Aduk sampai bisa dipulung. Bagi menjadi 15 bagian. Bentuk bulat, sisihkan.

2.    Campur tepung ketan, kanji, garam, dan telur kocok. Tuang santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk sampai adonan bisa dipulung. Bagi menjadi 15 bagian.

3.    Bulatkan satu bagian adonan, pipihkan. Beri satu bagian isi. Bulatkan kembali adonan, kemudian gulingkan ke atas wijen sambil agak ditekan-tekan.Lakukan sampai wijen melekat rata.

4.    Goreng onde-onde dalam minyak yang dingin dengan api kecil sampai mengapung. Besarkan api sambil terus diaduk sampai onde-onde matang dan berwarna kecokelatan. Angkat.
