Resep Kue Kering: Nastar

Nama kue ini berasal dari bahasa Belanda yaitu ‘Ananas Tart’ yang berarti tart nanas, yang kemudian familiar dengan sebutan nastar. Nastar yang enak adalah yang adonannya lembut, buttery, namun renyah. Perhatikan benar-benar suhu memanggangnya. Suhu tinggi bisa menyebabkan nastar reta-retak. Lakukan penolesan kuning telur beberapa kali selama memanggang untuk meminimalisir retaknya kue.

 

Bahan

Selai nanas
1-2 buah nanas, parut
150 g gula pasir
2 cm kayu manis
2 kuntum cengkih
¼ sdt garam
150 g mentega
100 g margarin
25 g gula kastor
3 kuning telur
250 g tepung terigu serbaguna
25 g tepung maizena
1 sdm susu bubuk fullcream
3 kuning telur untuk olesan
Cengkih untuk hiasan

 

Cara membuat

  1. Selai: campur semua bahan, panaskan denga api kecil sambil terus diaduk sampai air habis dan kering. Angkat, dinginkan. Bentuk menjadi bola-bola kecil.
  2. Kocok mentega, margarin, dan gula kasotor sampai gula larut. Masukkan kuning telur, kocok sebentar hingga rata.
  3. Masukkan tepung terigu yang diayak bersama tepung maizena dan susu bubuk. Aduk dengan sendok kayu sampai rata.
  4. Ambil satu sendok teh adonan, beri satu bagian selai nanas. Bulatkan donan, oles dengan kuning telur. Tancapkan satu kuntum cenngkih di atasnya.
  5. Panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan pada suhu 150-160°C sampai matang. Keluarkan dan dinginkan.
