1 ekor ayam kampung, ukuran kecil 3 batang serai, memarkan
6 lembar daun jeruk
1 liter santan dari 1 butir kelapa
1 sdm air asam jawa

 

Haluskan

12 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
8 buah cabai merah besar 5 butir kemiri
4 cm kunyit
2 sdt ketumbsr
3 cm jahe
1 cm lengkuas
2 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt gula merah
2 sdt garam

 

Cara membuat 2

  • Belah dada ayam membujur. Balik dan tekan punggungnya hingga terbuka, lalu lipat sayap ayam ke arah belakang.
  • Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus bersama serai dan daun jeruk sampai harum dan matang. Tuang santan masak sampai mendidih.
  • Masukkan ayam utuh, lalu masak sampai ayam matang Angkat.
  • Jepit ayam dengan penjepit kawat, panggang di atas bara sampai. Oleskan sisa bumbu pada ayam, panggang kembali sampai matang di kedua sisinya.
