500 gram ikan bawal, bersihkan, sayat kedua sisinya
2 sdm margarin

Bumbu Rendaman, Aduk Rata
1 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1 sdt garam
50 ml air

Dabu-dabu Lilang, Campur, Aduk Rata
4 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
12 buah cabai rawit merah, iris halus
2 buah tomat hijau, belah 8 bagian
2 sdm air lemon cui
½ sdt garam
½ sdt gula putih

Cara Membuat
Lumuri ikan bawal dengan bumbu, biarkan selama 30 menit. Olesi pemanggangan dengan minyak. Panggang ikan di atas bara api sambil diolesi margarin dan sesekali dibalik.

Panggang hingga matang dan kedua sisinya kering, angkat. Tata ikan bawal bakar di atas piring saji. Siram dengan dabu-dabu lilang. Sajikan selagi hangat.
