225 ml susu tawar cair
100 gram margarin
125 gram gula pasir
350 gram tepung terigu
1⁄2 sdt pasta vanili
4 butir telur
Minyak goreng
Taburan
100 gram gula bubuk
1 sdt kayu manis bubuk
Cara membuat
- Masak susu tawar cair, margarin dan gula pasir hingga margarin meleleh. Masukkan tepung terigu dan pasta vanili, aduk hingga kalis. Matikan api dan dinginkan.
- Masukkan telur satu per satu sambil diaduk hingga rata. Masukkan ke dalam plastik segitiga/piping bag yang telah diberi spuit bintang ukuran besar.
- Panaskan minyak, semprotkan piping bag dan potong adonan sepanjang yang diinginkan. Goreng hingga mengembang dan berwarna kuning kecokelatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
- Campur gula bubuk dan kayu manis bubuk. Atur churros di atas piring saji. Taburi dengan campuran gula bubuk.
