Cara Membuat:
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan bersama bumbu lainnya (kecuali gula) hingga harum. Masukkan daging kambing, aduk hingga berubah warna.
Tuangkan santan encer, masak hingga daging setengah matang. Masukkan santan kental, masak hingga daging empuk. Angkat, hidangkan dengan taburan bawang goreng.
