Bahan:
250 ml putih telur (± 2 gelas)
½ sdt garam
3 sdm minyak goreng

Haluskan:
4 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
10 butir merica bulat
3 buah cabai merah
1 sdt garam
1 sdt bumbu gulai
1 batang serai, memarkan
2 lembar daun salam
2 lembar daun jeruk
2 potong hati ayam, iris kecil-kecil .
500 ml kaldu
250 ml santan dari ¼ butir kelapa .
2 sdm kecap manis
7 butir bawang merah, iris kasar
10 buah cabai rawit utuh
2 lembar kol, iris kasar
2 buah tomat sayur, iris kasar
2 batang daun bawang, potong 1 cm

* Kocok putih telur dan garam, lain kukus sampai matang. Setelah dingin, potong-potong, sisihkan.
* Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, bumbu gulai, serai, daun salam, dan daun jeruk sampai    harum. Masukkan hati ayam, aduk dan masak sampai matang. Tuang kaldu, biarkan mendidih.
* Masukkan putih telur rebus. Tambahkan kecap manis, bawang merah, cabai rawit, tomat hijau, kol, dan daun bawang, masak sampai sayuran layu. Terakhir masukkan santan, aduk sampai mendidih dan bumbu meresap. Angkat, hidangkan panas.
