Variasi Olahan Sosis

Bosan dengan sajian sosis yang itu-itu saja? Siasati dengan cara memasak yang berbeda. Misalnya dengan dibakar atau dicampurkan dalam salad. Rasanya enak, cara membuatnya pun mudah. Kali ini ada dua resep berbahan sosis yang bisa Anda coba. Kedua resep itu diambil dari buku “Olahan Sosis & Nugget” yang ditulis Dewi Soesilo.

Sosis Bakar

Bahan
12 buah cocktail sosis, kerat-kerat
150 gram bawang bombay, potong dadu besar
100 gram parika hijau, potong dadu besar
100 gram paprika kuning, potong besar
2 sdm margarin
4 sdm BBQ saus, siap pakai
12 batang tusuk satai
Saus tomat
Saus sambal

Cara membuat
•    Kerat-kerat sosis cocktail, sisihkan. Potong bawang bombay, paprika hijau dan kuning besar-besar. Sisihkan.
•    Tusuk secara selang-seling antara sosis, bawang bombay dan paprika sesuai selera. Olesi dengan margarin. Panggang di atas bara api. Oles kembali dengan BBQ saus. Panggang hingga matang.
•    Sajikan dengan saus tomat dan sambal

Bahan
Saus
150 ml salad oil, untuk dressing
1 sdm vinegar
1 sdm gula palem
¼ sdt merica bubuk
½ sdt garam
¼ sdt oregano bubuk
6 buah sosis ayam
100 gram lettuce, sobek-sobek
50 gram bawang bombay, potong korek api
100 gram nanas, potong dadu
75 gram paprika merah, iris bulat
75 gram paprika hijau, iris bulat

Cara membuat
•    Campurkan semua bahan saus, aduk rata. Sisihkan
•    Rebus sosis ayam beberapa saat, angkat. Potong korek api.Sisihkan.
•    Campurkan lettuce, bawang bombay, nanas, paprika merah, dan hijau dalam wadah saji. Beri potongan sosis ayam.
•    Siram dengan salad dressing. Sajikan
