Bahan

400 g daging udang giling

100 g daging ayam giling

4 siung bawang putih, haluskan

4 sdm kecap asin

5 sdm tepung kanji

2 butir telur, kocok

½ sdt merica bubuk

2 sdt minyak wijen

1 sdt gula pasir

20 buah kulit pangsit

1 batang wortel, parut

 

Saus kacang

Haluskan

4 siung bawang putih

6 buah cabai merah

100 g kacang tanah goreng

5 sdm saus sambal

1½ sdt gula merah

Garam secukupnya

4 sdm minyak goreng

3 buah jeruk limo, ambil airnya

250 ml air

Cara membuat Siomay Udang

  1. Campur bahan siomay menjadi satu kecuali kulit pangsit dan wortel, aduk rata, sisihkan.
  2. Olesi mangkuk kecil dengan minyak goreng, beri selembar kulit pangsit. Isikan adonan siomay ke dalamnya.
  3. Beri bagian atasnya dengan wortel parut. Kukus siomay selama 30 menit sampai matang.
  4. Saus kacang: panaskan semua bahan yang dihaluskan. Masak sambil diaduk-aduk sampai berminyak, angkat.

Tip: Siomay disajikan dengan disiram saus kacang dan diberi kecap manis. Bila suka bisa ditambahkan perasan jeruk limo di atasnya.
