Resep: Variasi Olahan Cumi-Cumi untuk Lauk Sehari-hari

Menyusun menu untuk 3-7 hari, itu biasa. Namun, menyusun menu sekaligus untuk 1 tahun, itu baru luar biasa. Sungguh, terasa sekali manfaatnya. Berikut salah satu resep masakan sehari-hari yang dapat dimasak untuk keluarga tersayang.

 

CUMI SUMBAT BUMBU PEDAS

 

Bahan

500 g cumi-cumi ukuran sedang, masukkan kepalanya ke badan, semat dengan tusuk gigi
1 butir jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
1 sdt garam halus
3 sdm minyak
5 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang serai, memarkan
5 lembar daun jeruk, iris tipis
1 sdt air asam jawa
1/2 sdt gula pasir

 

Haluskan

3 siung bawang putih
7 buah cabai merah kering
1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
3 butir kemiri, sangrai
3 cm kunyit
2 cm lengkuas
1 cm jahe
1/2 sdt terasi
Garam secukupnya

 

Cara membuat

  1. Lumuri cumi-cumi dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. Simpan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit.
  2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah sampai kuning, masukkan bumbu halus dan bumbu daun. Masukkan cumi-cumi, air asam, dam gula pasir.
  3. Masak dengan api besar selama 2-3 menit sampai cumi-cumi matang. Angkat.
