  1. Siapkan 20 lembar daun suji dan 10 lembar daun pandan.
  2. Potong-potong, kemudian tumbuk sampai halus.
  3. Beri 150 ml air matang, remas-remas lalu peras dan saring.
  4. Tambahkan satu sendok makan air kapur sirih supaya warna hijau yang dihasilkan bagus dan air suji awet disimpan dalam kulkas untuk beberapa hari.
